Big Day Coming

We are going to start the New Year with some extraordinary energy this year.  If it is a taste of 2011, this is going to be quite a year!

The Date to look for is January 4

It is a Solar Eclipse at 13 degrees Capricorn.  At the same time,  there is an exact conjunction of Jupiter and Uranus at 27 Pisces and that is trine to Venus in Scorpio.

Also, Venus is squaring Neptune which of course semi-sextiles Uranus and Jupiter.

This is a lot of energy interplay and as an eclipse it will influence the energy for at least half the year and make that point at 27 degrees a point that springs to life when other planets hit it all year.

Four planets in Capricorn emphasize that energy, ambition is key as is practicality.  But Pluto is one of them and on its long Journey through Capricorn will transform Capricorn’s issues of government and business, so expect the ripples to begin.

Jupiter and Uranus are causing change, in Pisces it is kind of a finish up with emotional issues change.

This is necessary because next they both transit high energy Aries, not a place to be dragging old issues through.

So use this end of year time to forgive and forgive more, forgive yourself twice every time you forgive someone else.  Tidy up your emotional issues and free yourself to begin a new journey through Aries this year.

With this trine to Venus, you can expect some really emotional, even romantic issues to come up where they are least expected.  Oh my, they will be deeply emotional too.

But notice Neptune at the square. so it might not be exactly what it seems.

Juno at 26 Virgo is very much in this too, opposing Uranus/Jupiter and sextiling Venus.  Juno is about relationships, contracts, marriage.  Uranus is about dramatic change or unexpected conditions, Jupiter seems to bring beneficial, if larger than life results.

If your chart shows planets at 27 degrees (three or four degrees away will count too).  This might be the drama you are dealing with during this time.

And remember this is not just a one day transit, the eclipse holds the energy for some time.

I didn’t mention Chiron who has been traveling with Neptune for some time.  To me this indicates that the whole drama is given to you so that you might use the experience to help others heal.

With Neptune there, though, it might be awhile before you realize what this energy was about; because Neptune has a way of blurring reality.

All in all this is a big day for the energy of the next few months.  Enjoy the ride!

Solstice Eclipse...and Galactic Center!

This map is completely NOT to scale

On December 21st we have a lunar eclipse right on the Solstice.  This particular eclipse lines up with the Galactic center.  That is the Earth, Sun and Moon in a straight line to the center of the Galaxy where all of the energy comes from that we have been beginning to experience.
There are waves of energy emanating from the center of the galaxy that have marked certain periods of change in the Earth’s history.  We are entering one of those waves now.  It is not just Earth; every planet in the solar system has been changing.
This line up is sort of a precursor to 2012 energy.
The eclipse points become charged for year ahead, but certainly for the next six months. Expect to feel the energy get more intense around you.
This is not a bad thing if you are working with the energy.  It makes the energy easier to access, not so ephemeral but a real force.  It makes healing easier because the energy around you is easier to feel and direct.
Remember that the real power is unconditional love.
This particular eclipse pulls in Uranus and Jupiter energy in a tee square so expect changes continuing for awhile.  It is not a bad thing, change, it just makes you have to stay on your toes, be ready to change directions positively and quickly.
There is no point in trying to stop the change or even to hold it back. That is what can make this time difficult.  You have to learn to flow with it.
Mercury is part of this change, so be careful if anger needs to be expressed, to point it at the right person. Mars is pretty close too which can cause quite a lot of extra need to express explosively.  Make sure that you do it appropriately.
The winter solstice is a good time for ceremony and with the lunar eclipse visible all over North America; it gives a real opportunity to take a moment for whatever kind of practice you do.  I know that it is cold, but do go out and watch it; a lunar eclipse is a wonder.

December Clusters

December looks like a really interesting month. Lots of planets in Capricorn, it is quite a dance.

This energy is mostly in one place, so if you look at your chart, it is all in Capricorn, well, mostly.  So if you know what house Capricorn is in, early Capricorn, in your chart, you should be able to discover what area of life this is all operating in.

You can’t use house placements unless you have your time of birth, they are all based on that.  But there are other things you can see without it so here goes.

On December 10th Mercury goes retrograde, again.  And with that come all the little hassles retrograde Mercury brings around communications.

Then there is Pluto, just waiting for them, just lurking to join the party.   Pluto in Capricorn is about transformation of the earth energy that rules government and organizations.  This energy will be an area of transformation for years.

On December 5th, Mercury swings past Pluto,   Pluto is less than a full degree from the North Node that day, So we are looking at: transformation, spiritual evolution and communications energy in the energy of Capricorn: practical,  ambitious,  stable.

Mercury moves fast, this is normally a quick one, day pass.  But not this time, remember the retrograde?   Mercury turns around just a degree and a half from Pluto, so that communications and mental energy it brings is going to transform.

On the twelfth Mars conjuncts the North Node, bringing whatever past issues you haven’t yet dealt with.  Mars brings direct energy and often energy around men.   Karmic issues that need resolution in order for you to progress.

All of these energies are functioning together for the next week, until the 13th and 14th at least with those two days being the strongest energy.

Then on the 13th through the 16th, the Sun squares Uranus and Jupiter with the Moon on Uranus and Jupiter on the 13th.   That is a LOT of energy for a particular day.  And all of the energy is toward change.

Uranus likes immediate change.  Pluto generally gives you a lot of time to transform.   And Saturn who usually slow down the change is completely out of the picture.

Mercury and Mars are active personal energy.  This can be an amazing time.

In your chart, look for planets between 2 and 6 degrees for the strongest impact.  Look especially at Earth signs (Capricorn, Taurus and Virgo) for the easier but no less profound changes.  And look at Cardinal signs (Aries, Cancer,  Libra and Capricorn) for the most intense changes.  Other signs at the degree will feel this, but not as intensely.

And remember that even if it misses hitting your chart, you will be dealing with a lot of people that will be finding these intense energies making changes and transforming their lives, probably very unexpectedly.

If you have old forgiving to do, this is the time.  If you have old issues to resolve do it now, so you can move ahead.

If you stay in the light this transformation can be amazing; it is an opportunity to leave old issues behind and rapidly transform your personal destiny to a higher space.

It Is Getting Funky Out There Again

I have been slack for a few months, it seemed like every astrologer on the Internet was writing about everything going on so I let them write the story.  But nobody seems to be taking a look at the overview of the next couple of months, so I guess its time I jumped back in here.

It is time to take another look at the planets out there, because they are getting a little funky again.
Just now, they are not bad.  Jupiter and Venus are going direct today with Venus trining Neptune, which just went direct a few days ago.

We are still feeling the effects of Neptune’s new direct motion, dreamy, unmoored.  And as it went direct there was Chiron waiting for another conjunction.    Those two have been dancing together for quite awhile.  They do tend to keep a lot of information under our level of consciousness.  In that place where we can feel them, but don’t quite know what it is about yet.

And Venus is trining them today so watch out for your instincts in relationships.  It may be too dreamy.  With the Sun squaring the pair today you can’t even count on your energy to set you straight.  Wait a few days until this clears up.

But what I am really looking at is the events toward the end of the month through the New Year.  Lots of things hitting as Pluto and the Uranus/Jupiter dance heats up.

Honestly, Neptune is the least of our concerns.  But it does keep popping in and out of the picture.

Venus is stationary direct now still trining Neptune/Chiron, its direct motion is in Libra. Oh dear, Libra is so about relationships.  And the lovely trine to Neptune is going to feel so good …but it is not a good time for commitments.

A better time is coming in December 2nd when Venus sextiles Pluto and the North Node, with the Moon passing by.  It could bring on some real serious relating for people with planets in early Scorpio or really at one degree, pretty much in any sign, water signs particularly.

November 24th ‘til December 2nd, the period begins with Mercury and Mars applying a square to Jupiter/Uranus.  For several days one or the other of them is exact.  Mars square is exact to Uranus on the 3rd of December, the day Mercury conjunct Pluto.

That is a lot of activity; you can find things happening really quickly.  Mars/Uranus squares can be out of control so if you have planets at the very end of Mutable signs, Pisces, Gemini, Virgo or Sagittarius, be careful.  No quick moves, quick decisions with Mercury conjunct Pluto can change everything in your life, when you meant to do something much gentler.

The last few degrees of any sign WILL be affected one way or another, so care is advised all around.

Of course, Mercury and Pluto conjunct in Capricorn, at 4 degrees, so the first degrees of Cardinals (and to a lesser extent, everyone else) will be affected.

Uranus goes direct on the sixth, which should give us all a bit of a kick toward change.

DON’T PANIC

Change is only difficult if you really like everything about your life just the way it is.  Even then change can be for the better.  Often, in times like this change is what is needed and what you have been expecting for awhile, but things slowed down when these two planets (Jupiter and Uranus) went retrograde.

Mercury goes retrograde on December 10th, WAY too close to Pluto.

On December 12th things get real intense again.  Mercury/Mars/Pluto and the North Node begin a conjunction that will go on for a week; the most intense time is December 13th.  That is at 4 Capricorn.  So look at your planets between 2 degrees to 6 degrees to see if it will be personally intense, and again, especially the ones in Cardinal signs:  Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn.

The Sun squares Uranus/Jupiter on the 19th and that just begins another ride.

On the 21st Mercury returns at retrograde to square Uranus and Jupiter the two of which are getting closer and closer now, and remember, the Sun is still on the square adding POWER.  Be very careful with communication of all kinds now.  Mercury is about communication and quick thinking, Uranus is about explosive Change and Jupiter makes things bigger.  You can see where this can get out of hand. 26 degrees in Mutable is the most intense degree but 26 in anything will be involved and give this one 5 degrees in either direction.

On the 26th, things get intense again, December is QUITE a month.  The Sun Conjuncts Pluto, Mars is moving toward a square with Saturn which is exact on the 28th when the Moon joins in conjuncting Saturn for a little emotional push.

Mercury goes direct on Dec 30.

On January 4th Venus again is in an interesting situation.  Squaring Neptune, she feels all dreamy and trining Jupiter and Uranus she makes changes in unexpected places.  Venus looks to be pretty fickle, but strongly so for the rest of the year and into next.

This is particularly strong at 26 degrees in water and right around the chart, especially in the mutable signs.

In general what we are dealing with at the moment is the difficult positions of the outer planets.  They are in the sky in places where the continually aspect each other and when another planet, either personal or social gets into the mixture, it can have quite a serious effect on us, both societally and personally.

Every year the Sun Enters Capricorn on around December 21st, but the past few years, Pluto has been waiting right there.  The personal planets (Moon, Mercury, Venus and Mars) are often near the Sun.  That is what begins to make this year particularly intense.

But also this year we have Uranus and Jupiter traveling together at the end of Pisces, right in the area where the planets in December will aspect it, before meeting Pluto in Capricorn.  And Neptune is at the same degree in Aquarius and comes in aspect to a lot of the personal Planets too…especially Venus this year.

So you can bet on it, it is going to be interesting.

I'll be writing about some of these transits as they get closer, but tonight, I thought I'd just write an overview.  For a rundown on the energy of the Planets mentioned above look at http://terrawolfe.com/astrology/index.htm

If you need a personal reading as to how these planets effect your chart, you can write me at terrawolfe08@yahoo.com for an appointment.

Relationship Planets Enter the Cardinal Dance.

We have been watching the Cardinal Points for some months now.  We had two eclipses, we have had six planets at that point.  It has been heavy going this summer.

Most of us have at least one planet being affected in our personal energy; the ones who don’t have to deal with others who do.

But this week is special. Both relationship planets will be passing the Cardinal Point conjuncting Saturn, opposing Uranus and Jupiter, oh and there is Pluto energy coming up.

If this were not enough to get your attention, when Mars hits that point on Saturday, the Moon will join Uranus and Jupiter in opposition.  This is a real push-me-pull-you in relationship energy with the Moon’s emotional energy on transformational Uranus with Jupiter adding impact.  Add the opposition of Mars’s really direct energy, the masculine side of relationships and Saturn’s attempt to maintain stability.  We are likely to see all kinds of things happening.  People will probably be falling in and out of love, quickly deciding to marry or divorce.

This is just the beginning.  On the following Saturday, Venus, the female energy of relationship will be on the same point.  This time the Moon is on the Cardinal point in Cancer.  Emotions Change structure and relationship all are at squares or, if you will, odds.  As this happens, Mars is not out of the picture at all, still in orb of the point, just not as focused as Venus here.

The dance moves on into Libra, the relationship sign.  The Moon joins Venus and Mars as they move closer together on the 13th

The 19th finds Venus and Mars Conjunct in Libra.  This is HUGE for relationships.  And the conjunction Stays to the degree until the 22nd.  That is a long conjunction for personal planets. There is serious relationship energy here.  On the 20th, the Moon is back in the picture at square and conjuncting Pluto, a highly transformational energy.

Is this good or bad, the client says, I always answer, it’s interesting.

But it depends on your own chart just how interesting it is going to get for you and, of course, the charts of significant others.

If you need help with figuring this energy out, I am always looking for new personal clients.  I’m at terrawolfe08@yahoo.com. I’m a professional astrologer, so it is not free, but I try to keep it reasonable.

This long planetary dance is not at all over with this one.  It doesn’t really end for years, until Pluto and Uranus complete their dance of squares.  We do live in interesting times.

The Outer Planets Dance begins a Hero's Journey

"We must let go of the life we have planned, so as to accept the one that is waiting for us."
Joseph Campbell

This is a big week.  This is a week that will bring in a lot of power.  You can use this power to make changes toward the kind of life that will be more rewarding and interesting.  This is the hero's turf. Don't let it scare you, use it.
This Cardinal Grand Cross is there to transform the world, as it does that it will transform each individual life.  You don't have to do it all at once, you couldn't.  But the process is started and this week really adds to it in several intense waves.  Surf those waves, ride them toward your goals.  If you try to stay safe, you will end up in the muck and that will slow you down and muddy you up.  You want to use this energy.  This time is your hero's journey.
Monday, July 26 is quite a day in the sky!  Lots of goings on here, Most of them under the influence of the Cardinal grand Cross.  And then there is Neptune getting into the middle making it more of a muddle.  But the big one is a final passage that has been affecting us for a couple of years now, Saturn's last opposition with Uranus.
This one is a little different.  All of the previous passes of these two have been in Virgo and Pisces, mutable, water and earth signs.  This one in Libra and Aries is in Cardinal Fire and Air.  It is a much more active energy.  This could culminate in something more significant, a new beginning whose way has been prepared with a lot of nudges.  These two are powerful energies and quite opposite in nature.
Saturn is structure, security.  Uranus likes to move quickly to challenge and change. As an outer planet, it is always transformational.  Outer planet energy usually prevails and it is prevailing in a fiery energy that doesn't mind breaking some eggs.  While Saturn is all stability in a sign of balance that prefers the process to getting to the point.
If we weren't having enough fun yet, Mars is applying to Saturn just two degrees away, close enough to influence, certainly.  And Mars likes action!   By the 29th, they are all in the same degree.  Things could get pretty explosive on a wider, cultural level.
In personal charts any planet at 0 degrees will be influenced most.  And with the power of this one, I would be pretty comfortable taking it out five degrees in either direction.  25 degrees to 5 degrees, that would include a lot of us in our charts.
This alone would make it a big day, but we are not done yet.
Today Neptune is opposing Mercury. This makes quite am opposition between the planet of thinking and logic and the planet of instinct and intuitions.  It will be hard to sort out what you are thinking. It will still be in effect on the 26th, when all the Saturn, Mars, Uranus energy is with us.  It will be hard to figure out what to think, and to make it more interesting Mars is quincunxing  Neptune tomorrow.
The quincunx is tricky because it puts it in two signs and energies that don't really understand each other.  And these two planet's energies don't get along either.  They won't know what to do.  Mars is direct energy, Neptune is anything but, it is mist.
That should be enough major transits for one day....but no.  Jupiter, Which is only three degrees from the Uranus, Saturn, Mars, energy is trining the Sun.  Now that one is cheery.  These two get along.  And they are positive, strong energies. They could color all of this much more positively.
Then the final planet in this mix finds Pluto quincunxing the Sun and squaring Jupiter.  Pluto transforms.  It is what it does, it does it deeply, and it does it with a lot of power.
Anyone with a lot of planets 25 degrees to 5 degrees is going to have all this energy coming at them this week.It is a good time to concentrate on what changes you are looking for in your life in a positive way.  Neptune's energy can be very positive if you meditate, that can help clear out the Neppie energy.
Uranus requires going with the flow.  But watch out for the kind of accidents that come from moving too fast without thinking about it.  Steady your board.
Pluto will take you to new levels, it requires that you release some of the things you are holding on to so that it can give you space to create your new life.   But do not call out your devils by saying "I will not give ---------  up, because---------- is exactly what it will go for.
The force will be strong this week.  It has already begun and the end is not in sight.  The journey is ahead.
This kind of energy is the space for heroes.  It requires a lot of you, but the adventure is what makes life interesting and exciting.  It can take you to wonderful places.  It will require challenges.  But if you can imagine the kind of life you would most like to create and hold that vision, this extreme time can move you there faster than you can imagine.

Neptune Revisited

After last night's blog, I thought perhaps I should just review Neptune energy.  Since it is so prominent in my chart just now and I'll be dealing with it again for some time.

Neptune is the energy of connection with the limitless state of the universal mind. Neptune eats away at ego perception. It defies logic and rational approaches. Neptune operates on a very subtle level. It is beneath the place where we keep our conscious awareness, beneath the area where we have words.

Neptune is often called a higher vibration of Venus. It is love beyond relationship, unconditional. Neptune doesn’t recognize conditions. It is inspiration as opposed to creativity.

Neptune always brings confusion to the rational process. There is no order to it. It works with the creative forces without a rational filter. When you think about it, you don’t have any idea where inspiration came from, it just came.

Musicians have strong Neptune placements. So do addicts.

Rudhyar says, "Every force which denies limitations and tends to make us whole, which saps the strength of a particular viewpoint and injects into it the fluid of unearthly desires; every agency which dissolves crystallization's and puts the lens of the ego out of focus, which stirs us with divine longings through days of second puberty and enravishes us away from family and home into the snow white peace of convents or to the living fermentation of the jungle, all belong to the Neptune symbol."

It is clear that the Neptune symbol is not the favorite energy of the social order or the rational mind. It is completely transcendent and while in Neptune's energy these things are insignificant and the individual floats above them.

In order to embrace Neptune energy, you must give yourself permission not to know. The position of the person seeking a vision quest is, I know nothing". So it is with Neptune.

When Neptune cycles come up in a person deeply rooted to a Saturn world, (social structure, rules, laws, rational order) It is the confusion that is most unsettling. When so much energy is based in structure and left brain activities, the right brain making known a larger awareness is not often welcomed.

Illumination is received holistically and as it tries to enter the perceptions which are carefully guarded by logic, the senses seem to be deceptive.

The relevance of Neptune effects are often discarded because it is not possible to apply them to the rational mind. Still under the surface of the most closely guarded ego, Neptune is working its wordless alchemy both in the highest connections of the soul and in the part of the brain so deep, it has no words. Change will happen. Slowly, almost imperceptibly, change will find its way into the rational mind.

During this process the rational mind will only find confusion and illusion. Still, it knows that something is changing, something over which it has no control, cannot describe. this can be very unsettling.

It is often a point when a person with a dim perception that it is time to open the limitations, will get involved with drugs. Drugs can give the illusion that barriers in the mind are broken. This thought is deceptive and can lead to addiction.

Under addictions, the perceptions might change, the limitations might be challenged but the holographic perceptions of a larger reality cannot be perceived. This is the reality Neptune would have you seek.

It is a strange land and cannot be seen through the filter of the known. It dissolves ego, to remove limitations and introduce the soul to a higher order of perception.

The effect being accomplished is a higher connection to the collective unconscious. With cooperation (allowing yourself not to know) it can become the connection with the God source.

Transcendent is the key word. The transcendence is beyond the personal, beyond the social, beyond anything the mind has perceived, out into the space where every quark is made of unconditional love and dimensional space does not exist and time is a whole new ball game.

Getting All Neptuny Tonight

Saturn and Mars are creeping up to my Neptune, Jupiter and Uranus are opposing it, Pluto is squaring it. So I'm going to get all Neptuny tonight.  I can tell when things get all Neptuny for me because the Pleadians reappear.  And sure enough today they were everywhere.  Turns out, Pleadians like Facebook.
If this sounds like Sci fi or Fantasy to you, you didn't have them living in your house for years.  I'm awfully glad to see them because I really missed their sweet energy.  But more importantly, they have very interesting things to say.
They described my last several years very well in their missive today, and they described the last two weeks pretty well too.  I know it when I see it.
But the most important thing that they had to say was that we are in the last passage toward the dimensional shift, so it is important that we leave our warrior aspects behind and look toward manifesting.  The fight is fought, the ones who want to stay in three dimensions have created what they wanted and we are free to create our own.
We can leave the fear and douse the anger now and work from power, which is always love.
We have been battered and bruised but we made it through.  Now we need some healing, and a lot of creativity.  So stop worrying about the structures that are seeming to bind us, we are free of those the minute we release them.  Let the anger melt away and ease your tired muscles.
Our time now is best used in creating our future as beautifully as we can imagine.  No doubts, no judgement on the things we can't effect.  Move into our future and watch the veil start to melt.
We made it.  We are not getting there, we are there.

Uranus and Jupiter Slide back to Water, and What's Neptune Up To?

I was all ready to go into the Aries/Capricorn aspects today when I noticed that Uranus is going retrograde tomorrow and all of the potential that could bring in the Gulf.

So I am going to write about Uranus and Jupiter’s slide back into Pisces instead.  The more I look at it the more it troubles me.

Uranus’s proclivity toward surprise and explosive energy is not what we need in water now, in the sign of the fishies.  Possibly Jupiter there could make it somehow better, but Jupiter doesn’t do things subtly either.

So today we will see the retrograde of Uranus at 0:35 Aries.  It stays at that zero point Until August 14, when it backs into Pisces.  It could be a bumpy time.  Jupiter will also retrograde at 3 Aries 24 on August 23.

By September 9th it has zipped back into Pisces.  Where it meets Uranus in Conjunction by degree, which as far as I’m concerned is close enough, they stay within a degree of each other for through September.  In October Jupiter begins to zip back to its station which will be 23 Pisces November 18th.  Uranus moves much more slowly to it’s direct  station at 26:40 on December 4th.  By the years end, the two are conjunct again at 26 Pisces.

And suddenly there is a new consideration a semi-sextile is beginning to form with the two planets and Neptune, God of the Sea.  It moves to Semi-sextile Jupiter at 26 degrees at the beginning of October with Uranus nearby at 28 degrees.  In November it sextiles Uranus for the rest of the year, and into the whole month of January with a brief visit from Jupiter on January 13th.

OK enough with the details.  It seems to me that the most troubling times here are the conjunctions, both retrograde and direct; because those two powerhouses can cause quite a lot of energy to get to the required resolution.

In Pisces, at the moment the concern is water and oil.  I am hoping that this explosive energy is just a description of the energy not the event itself.  When Neptune joins the dance that is a lot of power pointed at a single degree.  No one has been watching Neptune much since it is in a fixed sign but with the mutual reception to Uranus showing up again at Uranus’s retrograde into Pisces, it could pack a lot of power.

I believe pretty strongly that this oil spill is an event that will change a lot of the world.  There is increasing belief that we absolutely must get off oil as soon as possible.  That has happened while we had strong Cardinal energy.  I hope that we don’t lose that as we journey back into Mutable and fixed signs for a few months, because it is still as critical but we lose some of the Aries enthusiasm and inclination to make things happen.

There are new technologies coming up that we know of and some we haven’t heard of yet.  That is what this is about in the end and it will change everything.

But what a price we’ve had to pay to get people’s attention.

Once Pluto begins to dance with Uranus next year, it will spread out to government and all kinds of businesses.  Change will happen.

Critical days will be       July 5, 2010
                                    August 23, 2010
                                    September 9th-30th
                                                November 18th
                                    December 4th

Pluto Transforms in Capricorn That Is Huge.

Pluto is the slowest  moving of the transformational planets. The area it is now transforming is the area of government, structures, business.  And it will do this while squaring Uranus in Aries.  That extra energy packs quite a punch.  So keep your eye on Pluto.

Pluto is the energy of death and rebirth. It is very powerful energy. In a birth chart, it operates as a generational energy. The Baby Boomers were the Pluto in Leo Generation, for instance and they make a lot of noise. The Pluto in Virgos went to "political correctness". The Pluto in Cancers were raised during the depression and WW II and were caretakers, etc.

Pluto can add a lot of power and depth in a natal chart according to aspects, in trines and sextiles, it operates often in positives as power and initiative. In hard aspect it often means a coming to terms in this life with life and death issues.

But it is in its transiting aspects that it affects us most profoundly:

When Pluto is in hard aspect, you are going to change and at very deep levels. When you decide not to change, this energy is perfectly capable of blowing your life into complete disorder and letting you sort it out: which you will do in a different way. After the Pluto passage, it will be clear you are not the same.

In a person who has experienced a lifetime of growth, the change will be most profound. It is an initiation into a higher level of life.

Pluto's nature is deep, it is the Goddess as crone. It forces you to look death right in the face. Death as a concept, death as the experience of loss,. Death as transcendence, Death as change of structure, all of these concepts and more can be experienced in a Pluto passage.

Think of Pluto as Kali, dancing on human bones because they don't matter, because we transcend our physicality and this is to be celebrated. Pluto is the initiation into this highest level of thought. This omelet must break some eggs.

If you are holding on to your old beliefs, your old baggage, transcendence is impossible, so Pluto tears them away. It breaks you down. It brings in your devils and any incomplete drama (you thought you didn't have to deal with this anymore, surprise!) It brings them right into your face and you can't move.

If you are proud of something, secure in something, take your identity from something that is the very thing Kali will take out, break, tear apart and dance on.

When you are on your knees. Really begging for help for the first time ever. When you acknowledge that your ego is gone and you are lost, bleeding and plead with Spirit to help you find a way to die or to live, it doesn't really matter anymore.

Right at that time, Kali turns to you in her mother face and takes you in her arms. She lets you heal. She opens doors. You can begin to rebuild. But you are never the same.

Pluto changes your soul. Life never looks the same again.

The deeper it goes, the more you are transformed. The more you lose, the stronger you recover.

You may need to change your friends after a Pluto passage. They expect you to go back to being the person they knew before now that the crisis is passed. You can never be that person again, you are deeply changed. It doesn’t even interest you. You begin to seek out people who know you as you have become rather than as you were.

More evolved people experience this passage harder. People still operating in the herd mentality may experience a divorce or a bankruptcy and hardly notice a deeper change.

People who can and do control these changes or those who use it as an excuse to see themselves as victims will not experience any growth again in this life. Unless they have the opportunity for still another hard Pluto passage, their lives are a series of repetitions awaiting death.

Pluto passages are 1-4 years long. They are deep level changes and they give you time to assimilate the changes.

Pluto squaring the position of your Natal Pluto is usually the hardest Pluto lesson we all must learn in this life. Pluto square or mid-life crisis is generational; you can expect many others in your age group are experiencing something similar.

Sign and house positions as well as natal aspects and other transits all have and help to pinpoint the area and the intensity of the Pluto passage.

As they do in any planetary influence.

Saturn in Virgo Has Been a Bit Harsh, In Libra We Will See More Balance.

The big bugaboo Saturn, father of limitations, keeper of the RULES, people dread the Saturn effect. Everything that has been easy for you doesn't work here. This is where flow hits the wall.

Saturn is all the patterns and structures that our parents, our education, our society and our government heap on us. It is an absolutely necessary part of our lives, especially as we are growing up and becoming socialized.

But we have to socialize, bend to the will of the larger order. Saturn is the Planet we can count on to help us do that.

I once heard an architect say “What we draw are the walls, but the walls are not as important as the space inside them where we move around.” Saturn is the walls.

It is your father, your third grade teacher, the judge. All of the little limitations that people in charge have whispered to you since you were little.

And it is often those same limitations that have kept you safe, and let you feel protected.

Without Saturn we would have no houses because they need walls. They define and protect. And sometimes they get into your way.

Sometimes that feeling of the limitations getting into your way define that you have grown. But you still have to resolve the structures you have come to live within.

Saturn can be very difficult. It can also be a refuge.

Saturn is a planet that needs to be looked at carefully. Its placement in your chart and its aspects to other planets, as well as transits, tell a lot about how you will deal with this energy.

Saturn passages can stabilize or can force you to confront your limitations. Sometimes they make you so stable you don’t feel like yourself. Sometimes just seeing where the limits have been put into your head will help you to get on past them.

Uranus and Jupiter, an Energy Combination Aries Will Stir Up and Enjoy!

The energy of last week's eclipse shows up with the combined energies of Uranus and Jupiter right at the beginning of Aries.  I thought a quick review of these two planets might be helpful.  So here they are:

Explosive change is the nature of Uranus.

Uranus brings freedom, releases the individual from the social consensus, ready or not. Are you too attached to something? A structure, a person, an idea Uranus will blow it away.

Uranus's mission is to take you beyond the mundane. It is not patient. It makes you release all your preconceptions any way it has to. Then it brings new things in to consider.

Unique, unusual experiences and people follow Uranus, conditions cannot remain the same. Try something different.

People very often move across the country during a Uranus passage. Or form relationships with people from different countries or cultures. They don't just change jobs; they try a whole different career. A sudden yen to ski the big ones or jump out of airplanes is typical Uranian action.

Uranus passages should be periods when you go with the flow of change. Any attempt to control the changes that come up at this time will cause the energy to build up behind and explode. You still make the change, but there is a lot of rubble and shock to deal with.

The larger purpose of Uranus is to blow you out from any confining structure. It lets you take a larger look at your life, your choices and your ideas.

There is a lot of " You can pay me now or you can pay me later" in Uranus.

Natal Uranus in your chart indicates areas of excitement, great energy and risk taking. The place where you won't do it like everybody else.

Mercury going by your Uranus position may cause you to blow up at someone verbally. You just can't seem to control your mouth. If you are over the top with patience, Look out you will let go at this time.

When Mars and Uranus have a hard transit, be careful, accidents can happen. There is impatience and a tendency to move fast at this time and it can get out of hand.

Uranus with Mars in a woman’s chart can have her falling in love with someone she would have said was completely not her type at another time in her life. Often there is a different culture involved, or an age difference.

Uranus is exciting and adventurous. But, if you like security and predictability they will are always be challenged by this energy. Enjoy the ride.

The big planet makes things bigger and usually better. This is the planet you think of when you think of good fortune. It is growthful, expansive and ultimately healing. Jupiter is good at opening doors but it is best if you are there knocking.

Jupiter is about growth, the real thing not just money falling on you. Jupiter will light a path toward growth in the social aspects of our life, career, money, enjoyment. It will put flashing lights along the path, but if you go in the other direction, oh well.

To get the most out of a Jupiter passage, you want to have a plan to get to your bliss. You need to be aiming for the real thing; that thing that will make you happy to get out of bed every morning to do it.

Be ready to take your first step toward your dreams as Jupiter begins its influence and you will be flown right along it. People will cooperate with you, opportunities will present themselves. Jupiter is doing it’s thing. Remember though, you must believe it can be done.

Jupiter works with positives. It draws them in. It expands their potential. Its influence is lost if you are living in negative beliefs.

Jupiter’s nature with negative beliefs is to expand them so they are big enough that you can see them. This is no fun. But Jupiter heals in this way. It makes things so big you can't ignore them and then provides solutions. But you have the responsibility to know them when you see them.

Jupiter can do emotional healing in this way, too. It just expands the issue to the point where you must address it get by it, get through it and heal. When you move with this energy, solutions will be provided.

Jupiter is an indicator for luck. It does not indicate a lottery win.

But, to have it be lucky, you must get into the energy of the thing. The spirit of Jupiter is growthful and to get its benefits, you will find it best to want growth and be ready to accept it. The more you embrace it, the luckier it gets. If you ignore it and just keep moving along in the old way, you will have a pleasant couple of days, but nothing spectacular.

To understand the potential of a Jupiter passage, you must consider the energy of the other planet(s) in the passage as well as the signs and houses that influence its area of operation.

The biggest problem with the positive potential of a Jupiter passage is the expectation that it will fall on you without requiring your participation. It may lighten your mood or give you a few good days, but if you are not participating in its energy, Jupiter can’t do its job. It’s job is to make your life better.
